We offer various training formats for every fitness level. Group classes are currently in small groups, allowing for 6 feet social distancing, minimum equipment rotation use and individual support from the coach. During each training you will receive personalized pointers with a focus on individual progression. Regardless of your level, age and skill, we aim to provide high quality training, exhilarating conditioning and, of course, huge confidence boost.
Classes are limited to 10 people and are held entirely or partially outdoors. Class may be cancelled if the attendance less than 2 people. For a CURRENT list of training options, please read below:

Variation of Combat Strong, Dance, Pound and HIIT classes to get you to drop massive sweat.
30 minute of core conditioning using mats, a minimum equipment to train all core muscle groups.
