We offer various training formats for every fitness level. Group classes are capped at 16 in Monterey and at 12 in Carmel to maximize the personal support everyone gains from the coach. During each class, you will work with the other members of the group, and you will also receive personalized pointers from the coach, with a focus on individual progression.
When you engage in an authentic boxer’s training system, you will develop the speed, strength, and endurance necessary to strengthen and shape your body, as well as invigorate and activate your mind. Test your ability to sustain 60 minutes of accurate boxing technique, combined with the functional conditioning found in jump rope, speed ladders, partner drills, footwork, and bag work.

Drop-ins: classes are on a “first-come, first-served” basis, so please show up 5-10 minutes early.
Gear: you will be provided hand wraps and gloves for your first session, but you do need to acquire individual gear thereafter.
Through explosive rounds on the heavy bags and strength training on the floor, this conditioning class will increase your metabolism, improve your endurance, and ramp up your physical speed and agility. You will leave the class very sweaty with a strong feeling of personal accomplishment!
This class is perfect for drop-ins and beginners. You will learn and practice body mechanics and punching logistics. The individual support and team camaraderie will allow you to develop new skills and confidence by practicing them in a group setting.
An all-levels express class tailored to each individual's needs to fit their skill level, pace and intensity.
Great class for athletes at any level. Covering the fundamentals of boxing, we will focus on developing proper technique and form by practicing it through partner drills, coupled with heavy bag work and physical conditioning.
This class offers advanced training in preparation for sparring and competitions. You will improve and build on the already-acquired skills and technique, with additional focus on the execution of the moves and the ultimate fighting performance.
