We offer various training formats for every fitness level. Group classes are currently in small groups, allowing for 6 feet social distancing, minimum equipment rotation use and individual support from the coach. During each training you will receive personalized pointers from the coach, with a focus on individual progression.
Our current offerings are focused on online and private training. Although we hold outdoor classes, these are offered based on weather conditions and attendance registration.
Regardless of your level, age and skill, we aim to provide high quality training, exhilarating conditioning and, of course, huge confidence boost.
