We offer various training formats for every fitness level. During each training you will receive personalized pointers with a focus on individual progression. Regardless of your level, age and skill, we aim to provide high quality training, exhilarating conditioning and, of course, huge confidence boost.
Classes are limited to 16 people and are indoors and outdoors. Class may be cancelled if the attendance is less than 2 people.
You do NOT need gear for your first class, however you are required to obtain your personal gear for concurrent classes. If you sign up for a membership, it will prompt sign up fee ($70) includes gear: boxing gloves, wraps, jump rope and backpack.
Gear: individual gear is required for boxing classes or private training.
Boxing Strong® offers boxing gloves and wraps that will provide the best fit for your training. Please reach out for recommendations or shop HERE.
Our schedule may change on month-to-month basis, so please check back for any updates.
Sparring sessions are hosted once per month. To participate in sparring you must have personal protective gear and comprehensive boxing skills, approved by a coach. Sparring is always optional. Learn boxing technique, practice the combinations, footwork, and get through rounds of real boxing conditioning. Regardless what your reason, skill level, age/gender is, we train as one team, in a fun and safe environment. Ages 14+.

Practice Muay Thai upper and lower body strikes combined with heavy cardiovascular conditioning. Add this class to your boxing plan to widen your combat skills. Ages 13 and up, any skill, any level.

Focus on the lower body strikes to fully utilize all limbs in a combat. Heavy cardio and endurance levels will make this class challenging and exciting. Ages 13 and up, any skill, any level.

Great way to improve concentration and focus, keeping kids healthy and active all the while learning new skill. We teach discipline, critical thinking and mental and physical toughness. No contact is required, however you must have individual gear.

Thursdays 4-4:45PM
Non-contact boxing classes for kids with developmental disabilities. Ages range from 8-25. This class is led by behavioral specialist. We ask parents to be involved. Gear is not mandatory. This therapeutic class combines physical conditioning with social skills development.

Classes focus on hand-eye coordination, balance, core strength, agility, endurance and cardiovascular fitness - all components of authentic boxing training that help combat progression of PD/other.
This is an effecting and rigorous physical therapy program that helps improve symptoms and mental state. Drop in $30.

Live in Castroville? Bring your kids over to learn authentic boxing, get a great workout and make some friends. Ages 7-12, classes are limited to 12 children. We train indoor, at the gymnasium and continuously reinventing drills to keep the kids excited.
